Excel in Ballet and Contemporary!
Pre-professional training for the aspiring Ballet and Modern/Contemporary dancer at it’s best! With instructors who can’t be compared in Victoria BC this course includes: RAD Ballet vocational levels, Horton Modern, Limon Modern, Progressing Ballet Technique, Conditioning, Open Ballet & Pointe classes, Jazz and Festival/Competition rehearsals. Our dancers have consistently proven their extensive ability and knowledge of dance technique by receiving numerous awards and fabulous exam marks. You want to get serious about dance? Audition for this program! Auditions can be done in person at our En Avant audition, by taking a trial class in May or by video.
RAD Ballet exams are expected in this program and will be taken when the dancer is ready which is not always every season. Dancers will take classes at their RAD ballet level as well as Ballet Tech classes per week.
Dancers will be allocated to either Inter or Adv classes based mainly on RAD Ballet level but always taking a dancers skills into consideration.
Please read through the full En Avant Handbook to be clear on all the policies for this program. All dancers who participate in competitions are expected to sign and follow the Safe Container Agreement. Both are below to read through.
Program fees come to $441.00 per month for approximately 12-13 hour per week.
June Show Fees due Nov 1 for full program: $250 Costume + $20 photos fees
